To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us at within 5 business days of receiving the product, with photo proof of the damage. Along with your full name, order number, and tracking number. All refunds take 3-9 business days to process after damaged items are returned to us. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased if you chose to receive a replacement.
